Log into your Best Sellers account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

Pack Your Items

Place the unwashed and unworn clothing back into its original packaging with all designer tags still attached to ensure a smooth inspection process.

Drop Off the Package

Attach the provided return label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or scheduled pickup point.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
